Which means you can add strawberries to your white icing without it turning pink, in addition it wont add any moisture back into your mix, so you can make that perfect raspberry chocolate ganache without fear. Again though, this is all only if you can keep everyone in the house from eating the whole bag before it's time to bake. Our recommendation, buy one bag for snacking, and one for baking.
